Inspired by the transient and natural clothing of the nomadic tribes of the desert and mountains, I used similar types of fabric and decoration in this collection. In keeping with a bit of a modern look, however, I did incorporate some modern styles and materials.

Each piece is inspired by these traditional nomadic tribes, taking their lifestyle motivated designs and adding to their simplistic virtues.

This project took about a year from start to finish, and certainly pushed my meager sewing skills to their limit. Working on such detailed pieces was amazing.

The final photoshoot took place in the rain, however the scenery and the truck as a prop proved invaluable.
